Cobbler tools and a wooden last in a British workshop

The agreement

Terms of use.

This is a guide. It is not a shop, a fitting service or legal advice. These terms say that plainly, under Scots law.

Who we are

decreamfiora publishes this website from Corsebar Rd, Paisley PA2 9PN, UK. Contact: [email protected].

1. Editorial use

Pages describe how people in the UK buy, size, wear and care for sneakers. They are general information. They are not a personal fitting, a consumer-law advice service, or an offer to sell you a pair. Shop policies change. Measure your own feet.

2. No inventory

We do not take payment for trainers. Retailer names are used so you can find them. Mention is not endorsement, and a link is not an affiliate ranking unless a page says otherwise — at the time of writing, none do.

3. Intellectual property

The words, layout and original photographs on this site belong to decreamfiora unless a credit says otherwise. Brand names of manufacturers and shops belong to them. You may quote a short passage with a link back. You may not copy the guide as if it were yours.

4. Accuracy

We correct mistakes when we are told about them. Size charts are conversions, not a promise that a last will fit. Statutory rights summarised here are a map, not a substitute for the legislation or for advice on your facts.

5. Liability

We are not liable for a purchase you make from someone else, a raffle you did not win, or a pair that did not fit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. The Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek an injunction elsewhere to protect the site. If you live elsewhere in the UK, your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
